Flexospan's Return Policy
The Flexospan team strives to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction with our products. The majority of our products are manufactured to each customer's specifications. These products are not returnable or refundable. Some items may be returned with prior authorization which is decided at Flexospan's sole discretion. Prior approval to return materials is required in these cases.
Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee on all approved returns. In the event a return is authorized by Flexospan, after deducting the restocking charge, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
